Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and if it is a kit it must contain all components including attachments and books.

All Refunds are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee

If a returned item is considered damaged, your claim for a return will be denied. Damaged items consist of items that are physically inoperable, defaced, or broken. Smoke damage and damage from oils and lotions that render the item in any condition short of what it was when it was received will also result in a denied return claim.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process can take up to 72 hours after the product has been received by our office.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
